LIVING PATHWAY
OUR COACHING AND WORKSHOPS WILL CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF YOUR LIFE.
"Don’t let other people’s thoughts, expectations and behaviours dictate your own."
We have delivered almost 200 group workshops and over 500 one-on-one coaching sessions to help people living with disabilities from all different backgrounds to live with pride and disability confidence.
It’s a new concept to most, and one you don’t know you need and until you have it! This is your sign to take the narrative back. Be represented, be heard and be you. Don’t let others tell your story or misrepresent you just because you don’t know any different. Now - you do!
You don’t need an NDIS plan to do our coaching, in fact most people that join us don’t! You don’t need to tell us your disability, although most people feel comfortable and choose to. You don’t need to have a lot of money. We do offer concession rates for those on government payments.
"People living with disability are our greatest asset as a community.
We are expert problem solvers and daily opportunity seekers. Don’t say our yes, no or maybe for us."
Disability is not well represented in the media, entertainment industry or community. It may seem like it’s getting there, but that’s only because of the ones who have come before us leading the charge to demand representation.
When we say disability we use the definition provide by the Australian Human Rights Commission:
“It includes physical, intellectual, psychiatric, sensory, neurological and learning disabilities. It also includes physical disfigurement and the presence in the body of disease-causing organisms.”
To us the word is inclusive, not exclusive and you are welcome here without having to prove your disability. If you feel you have some things your body or mind struggles with that takes energy away from your day or your path - you’re in the right place!

"After I finished my proud living coaching, my life was different, I was winning, backing myself and I bounce back much quicker than I use to."
“Being confident in yourself and in sync with your disability opens up opportunities. Be it growth, better advocacy and better outcomes when you communicate - life is a piece of cake when approached with genuine confidence.
During COVID-19 I was diagnosed with PNES (tik tok the term, don’t google it) and it felt like I had no control over my body, mind or life despite how hard I worked. Medical professionals and specialists do not have an understanding of the condition and my friends and family years later still cannot understand it. It was isolating and only heightened my struggles with everything else. I was completely lost and feeling utterly defeated and captive to my brain and mental health.
Proud Living came through mentors and gracious leaders across Australia who changed my life, and now it’s a movement - one person at a time. “
About Lead Coach Gabi Voller
With a childhood that was baptism by fire into the world, I struggled with suicidality, OCD and anorexia since I was 10 years old. Struggling with fitting into schools and workplaces that I was never taught to value, with health that influenced the way I understood and interacted with the people around me - I just couldn’t find peaceful footing.
“HOW TO LIVE WHEN YOU’RE READY TO DIE” - COMING SOON
"The sign of a good teacher, is one that strives for those you teach to achieve far above and beyond what they ever could.”
Everywhere I turned I was quickly noticed and became a novelty for being ‘different’ and then just as quickly discarded when the difference was no longer comfortable for others. I have never shied away from conflict in the name of social cohesion and I never will.
My entire life I have been an active volunteer across organisations for community justice, domestic violence, small business coaching and youth mentorship. 15 years experience volunteering has been invaluable, taught me to set boundaries and re-set them and self-care.
"The sign of a true leader, is one that will not leave you on the low parts of your journey.
They will not walk away and leave you standing alone in your hour of need."
I have delivered leadership conflict coaching across customer service teams in NSW for international companies focusing on empathy and authenticity and used these skills to advocate for myself and others consistently.
As co-chair of the first Staff With Disabilities community in a branch of the NSW Public Sector and Young Professionals committee member, I was an advocate again for peers and leaders alike. Unions, governing bodies and workplace rights are all too familiar to me as I have grown to advocate for people living with disabilities through my engagement with employment services more recently.
After almost 1000 sessions between one-on-one and group workshops over the past 24 months, I have seen lightbulbs go on, dreams re-imagined and potential come to fruition. It’s been years since I lost a fight picked to demolish stigma, institution made barriers and misrepresentation of people living with disability.
When you join the Proud Living Coaching community, you gain community, skills and teachers.
